Administrative Front Desk

Job responsibilities
1. Reception of customers: warmly welcome visiting customers, politely guide and accompany them, provide convenience and service.
2. Answering inquiries: Responsible for answering incoming calls, transferring calls, answering customer inquiries, and providing relevant information.
3. Manage document materials: Responsible for organizing, archiving, and managing relevant records of document materials.
4. Email and express delivery management: receiving, distributing, and managing emails and express deliveries both internally and externally within the company;
5. Meeting arrangement: Responsible for booking, arranging, and debugging equipment for the conference room, and cooperating with the conference organization work in a timely manner.
6. Administrative support: Assist the administrative department in completing some secretarial work, such as writing meeting minutes and copying documents.


Job requirements
1. Good image and temperament, outgoing and generous personality, with a college degree or above;
2. Service awareness and sense of responsibility: sensitive to customer needs, able to actively provide assistance and solve problems for customers, with good phone answering and processing abilities;
3. Organizational and coordination skills: able to arrange work hours reasonably, handle multiple tasks and priorities, and coordinate and cooperate with other departments;
4. Skill requirements: Proficient in using office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
