Mechanical And Electrical Designer

Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for communicating with the design unit, tracking and guiding the design progress and drawing quality of the design unit.
2. Prepare a detailed work plan and design funding plan for this major.
3. Responsible for reviewing relevant design drawings within the scope of the project's mechanical and electrical (strong and weak electricity/HVAC/electrical/plumbing) specialties, as well as deepening the design of some drawings.
4. Responsible for coordinating and communicating with design and construction units, promptly resolving technical difficulties encountered during the design and construction process of each project, handling design and changes; Organize the argumentation and analysis of major technical issues, and propose final handling opinions and suggestions.
5. Participate in project design technical disclosure, construction drawing review, special acceptance, and completion acceptance.
6. Collaborate with other departments to complete work related to this profession.

Job requirements:
1. Full time college diploma or above, majoring in building electrical, mechanical and electrical engineering, and related fields.
2. More than three years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering design management, familiar with the development and design process of hotels or commercial complexes, as well as relevant laws, regulations and laws related to construction.
3. Familiar with various construction techniques related to mechanical and electrical engineering, able to independently follow up on the design and drawing review work of various mechanical and electrical sub projects.
4. Proficient in using various office software, Auto CAD, and other computer application software related to installation profession.
5. Has excellent communication, coordination, and professional judgment abilities, strong sense of responsibility, and strong teamwork skills.
